After losing 90 pounds, this patient was left with loose skin that didn’t adhere to her new shape. The loss of fat and excess skin left her arms saggy and with hopes to show off her post-weight loss figure in a sleeveless top, this patient wanted to make a change that would help her enjoy her svelte new body. Dr. Sobel performed a brachioplasty, commonly known as an arm lift, to remove the excess skin and contour her arms.
